FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Answers about treatment systems, filter changes, maintenance contracts, chemicals and our survey process.
Survey & quote
01Is the site survey and water analysis free?
Yes. On-site surveys and basic raw water measurements (hardness, TDS, pH, pressure) are free in Istanbul and Ankara. Accredited laboratory analysis is arranged for industrial projects when needed.
02What determines the price of an industrial system?
Flow rate, raw water analysis, target quality, automation, materials and installation conditions. After the survey we provide the proposal and price in a written technical report.
03How quickly will I get a quote?
Standard products and chemicals usually the same day; systems requiring a survey shortly after the visit.
04Which areas do you serve?
Surveys, installation and service from Istanbul and Ankara; industrial projects, membranes and chemicals nationwide and for export.
05What payment options do you offer?
Discounts for cash and bank transfer, credit card instalments and rental options for businesses.
Maintenance & service
06Do you service systems installed by others?
Yes. We repair, maintain, refurbish and replace media in domestic and industrial systems of any brand.
07What does a maintenance contract include?
Scheduled checks and testing, filter and consumable changes, salt and chemical tracking, adjustment, a written report every visit and priority repairs.
08How often should sand, carbon and resin be replaced?
Typically carbon every 12–24 months, sand and anthracite every 3–5 years and softener resin every 5–8 years, depending on water quality.
Home purifiers
09When should home purifier filters be changed?
Usually sediment and pre-carbon every 6 months, post-carbon and mineral filters yearly and the RO membrane every 2–3 years.
10Does RO remove beneficial minerals?
The membrane reduces most minerals, so a final mineral/alkaline stage adds calcium and magnesium back and balances taste.
11Does a purifier use electricity?
Pumpless models run on mains pressure. Pump models run a low-power pump only while filling the tank.
Systems
12Is softened water drinking water?
Softened water is for use and process; for drinking water we recommend reverse osmosis.
13What is the reject rate of RO?
Industrial systems typically recover 60–80%; antiscalant and array design can raise it.
14Can well water be made drinkable?
Yes, with oxidation, filtration, softening, RO and UV stages selected from a water analysis.
Chemicals
15Do you supply chemicals on a regular schedule?
Yes. Antiscalant, chlorine, salt, carbon and pool chemicals on scheduled deliveries with volume pricing.
16Are safety data sheets available?
Yes, SDS and technical data sheets are provided on request.
