Activated Carbon Filter
Removes chlorine, odour, colour and organics; protects RO membranes from chlorine.

Multimedia sand filters that remove turbidity, sediment, sand, rust and suspended solids and clean themselves with automatic backwash.
A multimedia sand filter is the most fundamental treatment stage. Raw water enters at the top and flows down through anthracite, graded quartz sand and support gravel, where suspended solids, turbidity, sand and rust are trapped. As the bed loads up and pressure drop increases, an automatic backwash reverses the flow, lifts the bed and flushes captured dirt to drain — so the media keeps working for years without replacement.
We size every filter from your flow rate and water analysis, selecting vessel diameter and filtration rate to balance outlet quality against backwash water use.
| Product group | Filtration Systems |
|---|---|
| Capacity / flow | 0.5 – 150 m³/h (single or parallel vessels) |
| Technology | Multimedia filtration + automatic backwash |
| Body / material | FRP / carbon steel vessel, automatic control valve |
| Control | Time or differential pressure (ΔP) initiated |
Capacity and materials are finalised in the project based on water analysis and flow.
Typically every 1–3 days depending on raw water quality; ΔP-controlled systems start automatically as the filter loads.
We will quickly send the right solution and price based on your capacity and water analysis.
